Ann Ewasechko is Global Manager, Living Progress Strategy & Communications, in the Corporate Affairs team at Hewlett Packard Ltd (London, UK). In this capacity, Ann leads the development of HP’s citizenship and sustainability report - the HP Living Progress Report - and manages strategic partnerships, such as the World Economic Forum. Previously, she managed HP education and entrepreneurship programs, with an emphasis on innovative cloud-based online-learning initiatives.
Ms. Ewasechko brings deep expertise in multi-sector collaboration in the education, health and ICT sectors and international development funding. Prior to joining HP, Ann was Director of Public-Private Partnerships at Development Finance International, Inc, a position she held in Manila (Philippines), Tunis (Tunisia), Newport (USA) and London, England.
During her time in Asia and Africa, she also consulted directly for international funding organizations such as the African Development Bank, the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP), and the International Labor Organization (ILO). This followed directly from a 10-year career at the Canadian Department of Foreign Affairs and International Trade, which culminated in a position of First Secretary of Agriculture at the Canadian Embassy in Washington, DC.
Ann Ewasechko has a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Alberta and a Masters in Economics from the University of Calgary (Canada).
