Lucy Clayton is CEO of Community Clothing.  Founded by fashion designer Patrick Grant in 2016, Community Clothing is a social enterprise, making high quality, stylish, affordable clothes for men and women using factory downtime - creating jobs and restoring pride in Britain’s textile and garment making communities.  Already, Community Clothing has generated well over 6000 additional hours of skilled manufacturing work.

Lucy’s career began at a fashion start up in New York and has taken her from the pages of The Lady Magazine to the Playboy Mansion. Before her latest venture, Lucy was a Board Director at J Walter Thompson, running the Graduate Recruitment programme often dubbed 'The University of Advertising’ and she remains passionate about discovering and mentoring new talent.
